The Buddha taught the Three Dharma-seals," i.e. all dharmas made of components, arising from conditions, are
1) dukkha: subject to decay and destruction and thus, inherently unsatisfactory, tending to
suffering,
2) anatta: not-self;
3) anitta: transient and impermanent.
Four Stations of Mindfulness:
1) the body is impure;
2) feelings lead to suffering;
3) thoughts are
transient;
4) all dharmas are no-self
Going and returning with no border,
Movement and stillness have one source.
Opening and disclosing the mysterious and the subtle,
Understanding the mind and all its states;
Deep and wide and interfused,
Vast and great and totally complete....
