    in short ...

    the natural assumption of these bills is to assume they are fueled by the right and targeted by the Bush Administration.

    In reality, they were started and soley supported by democrats as a protest to the Bush Administration. Also to make things more 'fair' by making rich kids go to war too.

    the bills are as dead now as they were in 2003.

    In this situation, voting for Kerry in hopes to stop Bush from passing these bills would be the wrong move ... considering it was the Democrats who created these to begin with.

    Have no fear ... we will not be drafted under the current administration. Now if Kerry gets control of the country there's no telling.
