Very sad.

The story about the children being held in prison as low as the age of ten really frustrates me. To hear that they might be raped and tortured really hurts me. Who are you? What in God's name are you thinking? American's should stand for a more credible person, someone who would never let something like this happen. For all that an American is...to trash that and behave this way is baffeling.
ReplyDeleteIt makes US all sad an we are less as a people for it. But first i have no substantiation for this claim. although I am willing to believe, and secondhere in the US kids that old routinely commit petty attrocities and are submitted to them. Check out the juvenile crime rate here.
ReplyDeleteTerribly, war causes us all to put on our worst behavior.
As an abuse survivor I often find myself shunned by groups of 'normals.'
It is clear to me that most of us would rather not know; or knowing, find an easier cause to struggle with.
