Downtown St Pete has been undergoing a revival.
While there has been a history of "mixed use" in the downtown area, previously it would have been described as a transient population in the business district. I used to live within walking distance of my work around eight years ago. most of the restaurants downtown were staffed by people who rented nearby.


It actually seems livable.
even if some of the pricy hoes are in old Smokers neighborhoods.
